The bayonet unit copy without locking system. Using pre-cast fiber resin as core. A slightly difficult processes but the results are quite okay.

Fit and proper test, a problems with bipod hinges. Still don't know how the bipod will lock in place securely.

Although the butt stock is not ready yet, I can't wait to assembly the Prototype One and finished it in bright silver to see the surface quality.

The good mold does not guarantee good results, still need additional surface treatment. Most of the problems are the tinny bubble and deformation. Here some shots of the pistol grip and receiver.
